Quick Weeknight Meal - Cheese Steaks!
Happy Saturday Everyone! So, as you have read in previous blog posts, I am a working mom. When I get home, I need something to cook that is quick and easy, so I can spend more time with my family in the evenings. Cheese steaks are a simple solution to a quick fix, and is a crowd pleaser in my household. Victoria had her first cheese steak at 1 1/2 years old in Philadelphia at Pat's (yes I prefer Pat's over Geno's). Ever since then, she has been obsessed with cheese steaks. If you have never had Steak-umm's you need to try them! They are an quick and easy to prepare, and can be found in the freezer section (by the frozen hamburger meat) at your local grocery store.
